Who this notice covers

This website represents Limit Infinity Private Limited, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This notice covers website enquiries and optional website measurement. Services provided under a separate project agreement may have additional data-handling terms.

Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project summary. You may also provide your company, phone number, website, service interest, budget preference and timeline. We use these details to assess the enquiry, respond and discuss possible next steps. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing.

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential materials or sensitive personal information. Attachments are not accepted through this form.

How enquiries are handled

When enabled, the server validates the enquiry and stores it in a private Upstash Redis database. Resend sends a notification to the designated company inbox. Confirmation is shown only after the database accepts the record; an email notification may still be pending. Provider acceptance of an email does not guarantee delivery to an inbox.

Enquiry access is restricted to authorised operators through provider accounts and operational tooling. This website offers no public interface for reading enquiry records. Hosting and service providers may process technical logs under their own service terms.

Security and abuse prevention

Submissions are checked for format and length. The service uses rate limits and duplicate protection. Rate-limit identifiers are derived from email addresses and, where a trusted hosting configuration supports it, network information using a server-side keyed hash. Raw network addresses are not stored in the enquiry record.

Retention and deletion

Website enquiry records expire from the primary database after 90 days. Short-lived rate-limit records expire within an hour. If a discussion becomes a project, information needed for that engagement may be handled under a separate agreement.

Notification emails, provider logs and any backups are separate copies. Their access, retention and deletion must be managed through the relevant company and provider accounts. Deletion from the enquiry database does not automatically remove these copies.

Cookies and optional measurement

This implementation does not use advertising trackers, marketing cookies or browser fingerprinting. If optional website measurement is enabled, it records daily aggregate counts for service calls to action, form starts and successful enquiry submissions. These events contain no enquiry text, contact details, page query strings or persistent visitor identifiers. The measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

The workflow illustrations operate locally in your browser and perform no external actions.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit the form, and all optional fields can be left blank. Once the enquiry service is available, use the approved contact options on the Contact page to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need enough information to verify the request.

Updates

This notice should be reviewed when providers, collection purposes or retention arrangements change. Material changes to how information is handled will be reflected here.
